Wow!! Unbelievable!! The worst cook book I have ever or never seen or would ever want to read! No pictures & simple language without any culinary interest whatsoever! Do yourself a favor & strongly avoid. I purchased to match possibly the nuisances of my new Phillips Airfryer, alas just garbage with a nice photo on the cover- the only photo in the entire book. Example: fry chicken for parm, place on marinara, cover with more marinara and a slice of provolone and Parmesan and cook- "perfect cheesy parm"- NOT. .

This was such a hard book for me to rate. I mean, it's full of so many recipes that I think people in general want to make. The food sounds good, the ingredients are readily available, and the directions most of the time are clear. What I don't like is there is not an accompanying photo of the food, and some of the recipes have you using the stove top too. GASP! I feel like if your write an air fryer cookbook, your recipes should only use the air fryer. Maybe I expect too much? Also, I think you're missing a huge market to label this a "Phillips" air fryer cookbook. I have an air fryer, but not a Phillips. You can definitely make these recipes in other air fryers too. The amount of recipes you get is above and beyond, and the quality of recipes I think are superior to other cookbooks by name worthy chefs. I'm looking at you Todd English. I say definitely buy this book, but to the author, please take my suggestions into consideration for your next book.

Lots of good ideas, but this cookbook itself is horrible. I am a semi-experienced home cook who can find his way around the kitchen. Too many recipes in the cookbook are incomplete in their instructions. One said that one ingredient was a 56 ounce chicken breast but never gave instructions regarding cutting the breast up before dredging it and cooking it in the airfryer as tenders. In others, there were ingredients listed for which no instruction for their use was provided in the recipe. In addition, no nutritional information was provided for the recipes--a key attribute for airfryer users in most cases.

I bought this lovely little book because I thought it would be recipes specifically designed for my new Phillips airfyer. WRONG. All three of the recipes I've tried so far start with "preheat the airfryer to 350 degrees". I have the Phillips HD 9230 Digital Airfryer, THERE IS NO 350 DEGREE SETTING!!!. The fryer adjusts in 30 degree increments and goes from 330 degrees to 360 degrees. ALSO, the onion rings recipe that I tried last was not accurate. The recipe calls for 2 onions and 2 eggs. It took 4 eggs to coat 2 large onions. The results of following the recipe can only be described as a barely edible mess.

This cookbook is written for a very large Philips airfryer. I purchased a smaller one and am having to modify portion sizes in order to even get the food in the fryer. Also, most recipes call for setting the fryer at 350 degrees Fahrenheit, but the fryer's digital temp control can not be set at 350. I called Philips to verify that the temperature can be set at 330 degrees, but the next step up is 360. Again, I am having to modify cooking times to adjust to the control limitations. Other than that, the recipes look pretty good.

Disappointing - no pictures or photos included on every recipe, would have been nice how the finish product will look or for presentation.

The cook book contains almost no pictures. The few pictures are poor quality and grainy black and white. My book is missing pages 95 through 134. The cooking directions apply to an older Airfryer model and require the use of "tin foil" with almost every recipe. The newer models do not require "tin foil". As I bought this book as part of a gift, I ended up buying a better one at the local bookstore.Wolf J.

nothing worth looking at here. none of the recipes show on the ads are in this book. everything is very generalized.
