My three-year-old twins LOVE Paw Patrol and they love for me to read to them so I wanted to see if I could find a good book for them for Easter. As a mom, I like Paw Patrol for my kids because it is very safe for them to watch and read about, adorable, and a great show for both boys and girls to watch at the same time (something this mom of boy/girl twins is grateful for!).This book is based on the episode entitled "Pups Save the Bunnies" (taken from the title page of this book) and is 16 pages long. It's a paperback book but the pages are thick, glossy and won't tear as easily as regular paperback books so even younger children shouldn't be able to destroy this book unless they really try! There is one flap to lift on each set of pages which makes it more fun than a regular book too. The book measures 8 inches by 8 inches and is a good size for children to hold and page through.The story itself starts when Mr. Porter goes to Farmer Yumi's to get carrots for his market. When he gets to the garden, he sees the carrots have been disappearing. It turns out bunnies are responsible for the disappearing carrots and Farmer Yumi calls in the Paw Patrol to move the bunnies to a better location. The story is pretty cute and my kids love it! It isn't specifically an Easter story but it's very appropriate for springtime. Please note that this book does not contain Everest, the newest female pup.My kids love Paw Patrol and they are always excited when we purchase another Paw Patrol book for me to read to them! I could read this book to them during the day and before bedtime and they won't get tired of it. We definitely recommend this book to anyone who has a Paw Patrol fan!
Awesome, fun book for all Paw Patrol loving toddlers. The pages are a durable plastic, the flaps are hard to rip, and there's a good amount of text on the pages. I have found the Paw Patrol books to be great for transitioning my toddler from shorter, more babyish board books to longer, more story oriented ones. I personally do not enjoy reading this book compared to others in his collection, but since Paw Patrol is my son's latest obsession we'll have to stick with it for now.
This book in wonderful for children that love the Paw Patrol! My 3 year old is obsessed with these pups! I knew she would love this book and she does! We have read it SO many times!! The story is very cute and follows one of the story lines on the TV show. My daughter absolutely loves that this book includes flaps to lift up! It adds to the enjoyment of the story and includes the children in the reading. Like I said, we have read this book MANY times and it is still holding up very well! The pages and flaps are sturdy and should hold up through many more readings. I highly recommend this book for Paw Patrol fans!
Well, it's a kids' book based on a TV show. That being said, the writing is not too horrible, the pictures are playful and appealing, and the book itself has sturdy pages that stand up well to enthusiastic flap-lifting and page turning. As usual, Chase and Rubble start off the rescue, then Rocky and Skye are called in. Zuma maybe makes an appearance in the line-up.
It wasn't a pop up book but it is a flip lid book that kids will enjoy mine is and the page's. Wipe able pretty 😎 cool
What’s not to love about the wonderful pups of the Paw Patrol? Saving the bunnies is a story our 3yr old granddaughter loves. A great story line for toddlers to grasp with some of their fav cartoon pups from TV.
My granddaughter, age 3, is obsessed with the Paw Patrol. I bought this to put in her Easter basket. She was thrilled & we’ve read it over & over.
